Nader studied at La Trobe University in Melbourne where he obtained a Bachelor degree in Health Sciences and a Masters of Podiatric practice in 2014. Since then Nader has developed a passion for the management of sports related injuries in athletes and active people as well as treating patients suffering with Diabetes. In his time working as a podiatrist Nader established himself as a podiatry mentor, assisting and training new graduate podiatrists in their first year of podiatric practice. He looks to the ever-evolving field of sports podiatry and is able to construct biomechanical treatment plans for his patients.

In his spare time you will find Nader doing small projects around the house and spending time with his wife and son. He’s an avid soccer fan and enjoys learning new things.

Susan Tegg-Quinn, is a highly-experienced, fully-qualified audiologist and registered nurse. She is a graduate of the University of Melbourne School of Audiology, a member of Audiology Australia and Independent Audiologists Australia. She has undertaken extensive training in tinnitus and sound intolerance assessment and management both in Australia and overseas. Susan is actively engaged in research to improve the assessment and management of tinnitus and is currently undertaking a PhD through the University of Western Australia and Ear Science Australia.

Upmajit is a highly skilled Diabetes Educator with extensive experience in effectively managing individuals with diabetes. Having completed the Graduate Certificate of Diabetes Education from Deakin University in 2021, Upmajit possesses the latest knowledge and expertise in the field.

With a deep understanding of the diverse needs of people with diabetes, Upmajit is dedicated to providing personal care and guidance to help individuals manage their conditions optimally. Upmajit passion lies in the application of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) technology, which allows for real-time monitoring of blood glucose levels, enabling better control and improved quality of life.

In addition to working as a Diabetes Educator, Upmajit Is actively involved in tertiary hospitals, where they provide invaluable support to individuals with diabetes and their families.

Special Interests: T1DM,continuous glucose monitoring, T2DM, Steroid-induced diabetes, Diabetes Medication review, Gestational Diabetes, Blood glucose monitoring, Basic dietary education and Developing individualised diabetes management plan and sick day management plan.

Dr. Adel graduated from Monash University, before commencing his internship and basic physician training years at Eastern Health. He completed three years of advanced training in Cardiology at Austin Hospital and Western Health, continuing with further Fellowship in non-invasive imaging, including echocardiography, stress echocardiography, as well as cardiac CT and MRI modalities. Published works include assessment of coronary plaque burden on CT coronary angiography and various echocardiography topics.

His special interests include heart failure management, including hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, and heart disease prevention.

Dr Adel is available for consultations on a monthly basis.

Agnes is passionate about motivating others to find their best selves and live a healthier and happier life. Believing in the joy of food, she is client-focused and dedicated to providing customised nutritional plans to suit different individual needs while helping others to build a good relationship with food.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Science majoring in Nutrition at The University of Auckland, New Zealand and a Master’s degree in Dietetics at Monash University, she gained interest and experience in areas such as weight management, diabetes management (type 1, type 2, gestational diabetes), cardiovascular disease management (cholesterol, blood pressure management), gastrointestinal conditions (IBS, coeliac disease, food intolerance), women’s health, fertility, pregnancy and breastfeeding, Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and more.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Agnes is multilingual and fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. While providing nutritional advice is her primary job function by day, Agnes is a foodie and enjoys cooking and trying out different recipes and cuisines from other parts of the world.
